Minas 22
Exterior apartment with two balconies facing a quiet street in a building from the beginning of the 20th century in the very Castilian neighborhood of Malasaña.
When acquired, the apartment had four rooms, all very small, and the ceilings had been lowered, creating a dark and cramped atmosphere. The apartment was emptied, and the ceilings were opened up. The entire exterior portion became the living/dining room and kitchen, while the interior part facing two different exterior patios was designated for the three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The main bedroom features a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom, a bookshelf, and a large window, while the secondary one includes a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. The apartment has a long hallway that we utilized by setting up a desk in one of the windows.
