Former ice cream parlor next to Bailén Street in the traditional La Latina neighborhood. The apartment is located in a late 16th-century building, just a few minutes’ walk from the Royal Palace, La Almudena Cathedral, and the Mercado de la Cebada.
We transformed the space into a beautiful two-bedroom tourist apartment with two full bathrooms, a living/dining room, and an integrated kitchen. The apartment has an independent entrance from the street.
